The Bills have offically ended their coaching search lead by General Manager Doug Whaley and landed themselves the Carolina Panthers Defensive Coordinator, a guy named Sean Mcdermott. Known by former players and collegues as a very detail oriented and hard working Coach McD has already made some solid hires with plenty of combined NFL experience. He dropped some knowledge at the podium during his introductory press conference and left some clues on his coaching style and philosophies.
